This initiative aims to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world application by engaging students in the critical viewing and analysis of films.
Through regular screenings of diverse films—including classics, contemporary cinema, documentaries, and regional as well as international works—students gain a deeper understanding of storytelling techniques, cinematography, editing, sound design, and direction. The club encourages students to appreciate cinema not just as entertainment, but as a powerful medium of communication and social reflection.
Each screening is followed by interactive discussions, group analysis, and reflective activities that help students interpret themes, narrative structures, character development, and cultural contexts.
The Club also provides a platform for students to express their perspectives, engage in constructive debates, and develop a refined aesthetic sense. It fosters creativity and inspires aspiring media professionals to explore filmmaking, content creation, and media critique.
