The Library is an integral part of the academic framework of the college and plays a vital role in supporting teaching, learning and research activities. It is rightly regarded as the soul of the institution, serving as a dynamic center for knowledge creation, preservation and dissemination.
A Library is not merely a collection of books, but a continuously evolving resource center that fosters intellectual growth. Education and the library are inseparable and co-existent, as both contribute significantly to the development of students and faculty. The Library acts as a repository of knowledge helping to achieve the objectives of education through effective support for teaching, learning and research programs.
SIA College Library was established in 2010 with an initial collection of 301 books. Over the years, it has grown significantly and currently houses more than 18,500 books and 30 magazines and journals and e- resources platforms and having its own Library Management system, reflecting the institutions commitment to academic excellence.

SIA Granthalaya is an online library system developed by SIA Tech Link of our college for Library Management. It is an web application manages and stores books information electronically according to students need. The system helps both librarian and students to keep a constant track of all the books available in the library and borrow the same through online requests.
SIA- Granthalya Software is customized on IP address http://103.190.14.234:94, which computerizes all in house operations of library. It consists of features like users login, Online public Access Catalogue(OPAC), Accessioning, Circulation and all kinds of Report generation for library administration. This software is user friendly and can be operated and handled by both library staff and readers.
