The following procedure are adopted for effective functioning of the Attendance and Parent Teacher Meeting

• The college adopts certain procedure for the effective functioning of the committee to monitor the attendance and create rapport with the parents for the welfare of the students.
• This committee acts as platform to have effective communication between the parents, wards, and the faculty members.
• The committee discuss the overall performance of the wards in academic, curricular, extracurricular activities
• The committee suggests the areas of improvement and provide valuable inputs for the overall performance of the students.
• Attendance software is designed to facilitate the faculty members to enter the attendance of the respective wards for all the courses.
• The entry of the attendance to be done on or before 5nd of every month
• Consolidated attendance sheet need not to be generated by 4th of every month by the committee member.
• Defaulter list has to be displayed on notice board on 2th of every month.
• Regular attendance sheet to be submitted to the Course Convener at the end of each semester.
