Purpose of Activity:

1. To Discuss the Performance of the students in Regular External Semester – I Examination.
2. To discuss University Examination procedures
3. To inform Parents to give attention on their child for their upcoming ATKT Semester – I Exam which will held in the month of February 2024 to excel in academics.
4. To inform about Remedial lectures Which will be conducted for the students in the month of January 2024 for the preparation for their ATKT Semester – I Examination.
5. To Discuss with Parents about student’s attendance in regular lectures

Outcome:

Parents came to know their ward performance in the Semester – I Regular Examination and this will guide children to excel in their academics.

Total beneficiaries: Overall 100 parents of all courses attended the meeting.
