Name of the event:Parents Teachers Meeting for SYBAF

Organizing Agency:NIL

Venue: Respective Classrooms

Purpose of Activity:

  • To discuss course examination pattern.
  • To inform about performance of their ward in curricular and co-curricular and extracurricular activities conducted by the college.
  • To enlighten parents about their ward’s respective courses and facilities provided by the college.
  • To discuss the rules and regulations of the college
  • Principal madam also addressed the parents regarding the code of conduct and to maintain orderliness in their wards behaviour
  • Distribution of SEM – II grade card were also done.

Outcome:

  1. Parents were made aware about the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities organised by the college.
  2. Parents got to know about the forth coming University Examination pattern, 75% mandatory attendance requirement of their ward , Rules and Regulations of the college.
  3. Through the distribution of grade cards academic performance of their students were discussed.

Purpose of Activity:

  • Discussion of NEP and Examination procedures by the respective Convenor and Class teacher.
  • Informed Parents to give attention on their child for their upcoming Semester – I Exam which will held in the month of November 2024 to excel in academics.
  • Enlightened the parents about facilities given by the college like short term courses, placement cell, and other curricular and extra-curricular activities.
  • Informed Parents about student’s attendance in regular lectures by circulating the defaulters list.
  • Performance of the students in Regular Internal Semester – I Examination.
  • Principal Mrs. Padmaja Arvind madam also addressed the parents of all the courses about new rules of NEP and rules and regulation of the college.

Outcome:

  1. Parents were aware about their wards academic performance in the internal exam.
  2. Parents were familiar with the rules and the regulations of the college.
  3. Parents were aware of new NEP Structure & Examination pattern.
